Your delegates could be immersed in spectacular surroundings, be able to enjoy complimentary access to a museum’s exhibitions and collections, experience interesting tours and talks, take part in a venues own programme of events and screenings. Science Gallery London

Studio and Balcony

The Studio at Science Gallery London offers a flexible layout with an abundance of natural light. Throughout your event, your guests are welcome to enjoy access to the private connecting balcony which boasts views over our Courtyard and of the Shard. The Studio includes AV as standard comprising of PC, screen, projector and PA system. The flexible layout of the room allows up to 54 cabaret, 46 boardroom, 80 Theatre style and 100 drinks reception. All catering is accommodated in-house with our Head Chef having a focus on local and seasonal produce. Whilst onsite your attendees can experience and interact with the Gallery Exhibitions*.

Foundling Museum

Bring in-person meetings to life in our dedicated meeting spaces in 2023. You can choose between our Creative Studio, a bright contemporary space designed by award-winning architecture practice Jestico & Whiles, or the Study Studio, a multipurpose space decorated with a thought-provoking mural by poet Lemn Sissay. Both meeting spaces are supplied with AV equipment, including a 72-inch TV, projector and screen, plus WiFi.

Alternatively, the Museum and its elegant historic rooms are available for exclusive hire, seating up to 100 for sophisticated evening lectures and unique conferences. These spaces make great options for larger functions and for clients with premium space requirements. Conference delegates always enjoy complimentary access to the Museum’s exhibitions and collections, and we offer a range of interesting tours and talks. Roundhouse

Hold your next conference at the Roundhouse, with impressive architecture and an iconic legacy which will truly wow your delegates. Bring something different to your conference in 2023 by giving delegates the chance to feel like a part of rock history and see the versatile Roundhouse from a different perspective, whilst being immersed by their spectacular surroundings.

Offering over 2500sqm, the Roundhouse can be branded in so many different ways for you to make your mark whilst you bring your event visions to life in a renowned music venue. Access is from 10am-10am the following day, giving you plenty of time to transform the space from a dream into a reality.

Tate Modern

The Starr Cinema at Tate Modern, is one of London’s largest and most luxurious screening rooms and is also one of 16 unique spaces available for private hire in Tate Modern. This unique venue hosts a varied programme of events and screenings. Fully equipped, the cinema's new digital projector supports all digital and video formats, as well as 16 and 35mm film - so you have everything you need for a presentation or screening for over 200 guests. Complementing the Cinema is the Starr Cinema Foyer, perfect for registration, catering, breakouts, and receptions.

The Starr Cinema is also one of only 14 UK cinemas with cutting-edge Dolby Atmos® surround sound technology. The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn

The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn offers a truly unique backdrop for events set in an 11-acre estate in Central London. Opened in 2018 by Queen Elizabeth II, the Ashworth Centre is a purpose-built Conference Centre that includes a stylish double-height lecture theatre for up to 158 delegates and ten flexible multi-room breakout spaces complete with state of the art integrated AV.

Science Museum

World renowned for its historic collections, awe-inspiring galleries and inspirational exhibitions, the Science Museum also offers an impressive range of event spaces perfect for meetings and conferences. Whether it’s a large-scale, high-spec conference that requires a blank canvas space such as Illuminate or an intimate, exclusive meeting which is more suited to the Smith Centre.

Set across two floors, hosting a conference in Illuminate means you can keep delegates in one space whilst offering different areas for the content sessions, networking, and catering. Similarly, the Smith Centre is a self-contained space which features a fully integrated AV system to enable a seamless production experience that links to Illuminate for larger conferences. If you’re looking for ways to take your live experience to the next level, the revamped IMAX: The Ronson Theatre offers the best in digital and analogue cinema and a screen the size of four double-decker buses.

No.4 Hamilton Place

Our venue is not only a beautiful townhouse in Mayfair with stunning historic architecture, but we also have modern technology that will suit any conferences and meetings for 2023.

Three of our conference and meeting spaces, have inbuilt AV and hybrid facilities that will make streaming your event, so much easier.

Our Bill Boeing is fully equipped with screens, sound and you event get a complimentary, dedicated AV technician to assist on the day.

Most of our clients love: the additional room you get included when booking the Bill Boeing. We offer the Marshall of Cambridge room and Foyer, so you have that extra space for registration and also an area for refreshments and breaks. 

Alternatively, if you are looking for a smaller meeting space, we offer a competitive rate for the area.

All our rooms include furniture and wifi. We work with an independent AV team who can supply any additional equipment. They also know the venue inside and out, so can recommend the perfect set up.

Museum of London

The Museum of London has told the incredible story of the world’s greatest city and its people since it opened at London Wall in 1976. It’s been a fixture of the capital’s cultural scene for the last 45 years and will soon continue this journey at a new site in West Smithfield. Once the museum closes to the public on 4th December 2022, the London Wall site will have greater capacity to host daytime events including meetings and conferences and the museum is currently offering a reduced DDR - from £59+VATpp (minimum numbers apply) – for meetings and conferences booked in January and February 2023.  

Whether you’re after a purpose-built theatre for your 2023 AGM or a more versatile space to transform for a conference, either the Museum of London’s Weston Theatre or Terrace Gallery could be the perfect option. The Garden Room with capacity for 70 delegates can be used for smaller meetings, whilst the Entrance Hall or recently re-launched London Wall Bar & Kitchen can be used for networking, drinks receptions or dinners if you want to extend your conference and make the most of having your team together.

Museum of London Docklands

Located over five floors within a late Georgian Warehouse, the Museum of London Docklands is based on the waterfront and offers the perfect tranquil location for some blue-sky thinking. If you’re currently looking for a venue that will ensure a productive meeting or conference experience in the New Year at great value for money, the museum is offering a reduced DDR – from £56+VATpp (minimum numbers apply) for events booked in January and February 2023.

Located in Canary Wharf, the museum traces the 2,000-year history of London’s river, port and people and offers numerous purpose-built spaces for conferences, as well as incredible galleries to give guests an event experience they will remember. With a range of warehouse-inspired spaces including the Riverside Room which features its own entrance and access to a private terrace, the daylight flooded Quayside Room with stunning views of the docks, and the charming boardroom, you’ll find the perfect space for your 2023 meeting or conference.

To further enhance the experience for guests, you can include access to the galleries for breakout sessions or for delegates to explore at their leisure. If you’re including an evening dinner or reception as part of you event, you can even dine in one of the galleries or add actors to our immersive Sailortown to transport your guests back in time and complete the illusion!
