The Wolfson Room & Gallery is the perfect suite of rooms for reconnecting your staff and colleagues.

The Wolfson Room features a built-in PA system, projector and tech booth making it easy to engage your staff at the next company update. The natural daylight illuminates the soft-toned room that reveals magnificent views of The Mall, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.

London Transport Museum

Bring together your teams and clients back together again in the heart of Covent Garden piazza at London Transport Museum!

Over the last 18 months, London Transport Museum have been working on opening new and exciting exhibitions, including “London’s transport at war” and “London 2030” in collaboration with Central Saint Martins, for networking guests to enjoy.

In the newly launched Future Engineers gallery guests can test their skills in the popular Elizabeth Line driving experience.

The event space still includes our iconic red buses, trams and early tube carriages with guests immersed in two floors of London’s rich transport history whilst enjoying catering from our 6 carefully selected caterers.

Royal College of Music

Host a networking event with a difference at the Royal College of Music. Our beautiful red brick 1851 Courtyard is an incredible outdoor space, a real hidden gem and suntrap in the heart of South Kensington. Using a combination of the indoor and outdoor space is great way of ensuring optimum ventilation, with the Courtyard able to host up to 280 people.

The Courtyard is a stylish and spacious venue full of original features, overlooking the stunning Cotes-Burgan atrium with a high glass ceiling letting in incredible light. The Courtyard is perfect for hosting a drinks reception with canapés and you can utilise the talented Royal College of Music students to provide live music for your event from jazz to classical recitals. Additionally, RCM is opening its brand new Museum to the public from October this year, which is situated close to the Courtyard and provides a great opportunity for guided tours around the impressive collection including the world’s oldest guitar!

RIBA at 66 Portland Place

If you’re planning on bringing your team or clients together this autumn to network and catch up face-to-face after months of Zoom and Teams meetings, the Florence Hall is the perfect setting. Grand in nature, and featuring incredible Art Deco details, including floor-to ceiling etched windows, the expansive room has plenty of space to accommodate different event setups such as casual seating areas, sofas or round tables. By choosing the Florence Hall, you’ll also have access to the roof terrace – a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city – which is a beautiful change of scenery during an event. For larger networking events, the RIBA Gallery can also be hired which also gives access to the connecting landing, a triple height atrium space arranged around a grand sweeping staircase.

Royal Museums Greenwich

Royal Museums Greenwich five museums offer a multitude of unique, quirky event spaces just perfect for networking.

Whether you’re after an outdoor soiree on the Weather Deck of the Cutty Sark overlooking the River Thames and city skyline, a more sophisticated reception in the Orangery and South Parlours of former royal palace Queen’s House, an out of this world experience at the Peter Harrison Planetarium or an opportunity to explore some of the National Maritime Museum’s galleries out of hours, the events team are on hand to assist with the best option for you.

RSA House

The Prince Philip Room is a beautifully decorated, spacious first-floor event space at RSA House. The room perfectly blends traditional characteristics with modern convenience.

The room features impressive audio-visual equipment including surround sound, making it an ideal location for drinks receptions and networking events.

In 2012, the Prince Philip Room was named after HRH Duke of Edinburgh to mark his long-standing service as the President of the Society from 1952.

Sadler’s Wells

Whether you are planning to organise a networking event with your clients or colleagues, we have a selection of amazing spaces available.

Our Mezzanine Level is a light and airy open plan space with the feel of a contemporary gallery. Designed with flexibility in mind, the area can be used for large receptions and networking events. When opened up it provides a stunning open plan space with plenty of natural light, or it can be sectioned off for more privacy.

If you’re looking for a more intimate space, you can enjoy our exclusive and modern Pina Bausch Room which can be hired for networking and for a private pre-show and/or interval drinks reception.

After your networking, why not enjoy one of our shows together? Mezzanine Level can be easily transformed into the VIP entertaining area for pre-performance and interval drinks receptions. Show tickets can either be purchased separately or by the Events team as part of a package.

Spitalfields Venue

Spitalfields Venue is a Grade I listed building comprising of The Nave, The Crypt and Hanbury Hall. It is an inspiring destination ideal for a range of events from private meetings and dinners to large scale corporate and concert events for between 10 and 600 guests. It has been magnificently renovated into a diverse venue space; it boasts high ceilings and windows to bathe the room in natural daylight. A recent restoration and makeover has seamlessly combined the contemporary Spitalfields style with the heart of a national heritage building.

Spitalfields Venue is a unique, versatile, and vibrant events venue in East London, just a stone’s throw from Spitalfields Market, historic Brick Lane and the Square Mile. The Royal Institution of Great Britain

With their high ceilings and beautifully proportioned windows, the Royal Institutions historic Georgian rooms, as well as the more contemporary spaces, benefit from natural daylight and many have pleasing views onto one of Mayfair’s most prestigious streets.

A large, stylish room with bold décor, the very name of the Conversation Room could be a talking point for your guests. Conveniently located on the ground floor this is the perfect space for discussions & networking, hosting up to 100 guests for a standing reception.

An added extra would be to let one of our expert curators lead your guests on a unique tour to discover the 200-year-old story of the Ri. Significant discoveries made here have shaped the modern world and changed the way we interact with it.

Trinity House

There can be fewer more quintessentially English settings for a memorable networking event than historic Trinity House on Tower Hill with four of its five rooms offering direct views of the Tower of London to the south.  The working home of the General Lighthouse Authority, (the Corporation of) Trinity House is a treasure trove of rare paintings, artefacts and maritime memorabilia – including the brass bell of the Royal Yacht Britannia – which attest to its important role in the nation’s history.  Many clients book the professional guide and historian to take delegates and guests for a brief tour of the venue as this gives a unique insight and added interest.

The Library, the largest room (180 standing), features three medieval stained glass windows and a minstrels gallery, as well as an impressive display case of important silver. The smaller Court Room (130 standing) features a stunning trompe l’oeil ceiling (restored in 1840 by William Holman Hunt) and tall sash windows overlooking Trinity Square Gardens. Both are ideal for larger get-togethers and the recent installation of high-speed wi-fi facilitates hybrid events. Use of the venue’s potential use of polished tables and gold-crested red leather chairs are included in all bookings.

Twickenham Stadium

What better way to reconnect with your clients and colleagues for an informal, yet impressive get together than by hosting an event in the British Airways Rose Garden, a lively roof terrace providing a flexible, ‘outdoors feel’ event space located on level five of Twickenham Stadium.

The British Airways Rose Garden provides a large event area to comfortably entertain up to 550 guests for food and drinks, with the option for a street food style experience through a built-in stone baked fired pizza oven and rotisserie located either side of the space, as well as the option for a live DJ or band performance on the built-in stage area located at the centre of the large bar.

Wallace Collection

This autumn the Wallace Collection will celebrate Frans Hals’ most famous and beloved painting, ‘The Laughing Cavalier’. Since it entered the Wallace Collection in 1865 as the only work by Hals, this iconic image has never been seen together with other works by the artist; now it will form the centrepiece of the major temporary exhibition titled ‘Frans Hals: The Male Portrait’.

A private view is the perfect accompaniment to a networking reception in the Museum’s central Courtyard, positioned at the heart of the house. Previously the family’s sculpture garden, this bright and airy space with glass roof, can host up to 300 guests for a reception. The exhibition will bring together a selection of the artist’s best male portraits from Europe and North America and runs from 22nd September until 30th January 2021.

Wellcome Collection

Wellcome Collection offers a variety of thought-provoking back drops for networking events offering spaces to fuel guests’ imaginations. The accessible galleries provide a selection of artwork and exhibits for guests to network around and generate some great conversation starters.

In the Being Human gallery guests can enjoy canapes and a drink around a refugee astronaut, whilst listening to music from the epidemic jukebox. Alternatively enjoying drinks and canapes within the Reading Room where guests can read about Victorian recipes and explore over 1000 books, and curious objects or indeed play a game of operation.

All profits from events that take place in Wellcome Collection are gift aided back to Wellcome a charitable organisation who supports discovery research into life, health and wellbeing. Tackling three worldwide health challenges: Mental Health, Infectious Disease and Climate.

Westminster Abbey

Whether you’re planning a conference, off-site meeting or networking event Westminster Abbey’s spaces can provide the perfect accommodation in the heart of London, whatever your needs!

From Cheyneygates, a space hidden above the entrance to the Abbey’s cloisters and once home to Edward IV’s queen and the birthplace of Edward V (one of the fated “Princes in the Tower”) to the Cellarium, a fantastic space with a beautiful vaulted ceiling that was used by the Monks who inhabited the monastery in the 14th century as a storage space for the Abbey’s food and ale.
