Technology at the HAC
The HAC has recently introduced several technology enhancements to support events and improve the client experience. In its Prince Consort Rooms, new LED ceiling lights have been installed. These can be adjusted to any colour, offering a flexible and cost-effective lighting solution that suits a variety of event types and themes.
While the space does not have a fixed AV system, the HAC works closely with a curated list of accredited AV and production suppliers. During the tender process, the HAC ensured all AV suppliers were located within the M25 to keep the carbon footprint as low as possible. This approach allows clients access to the latest technology while protecting the historic nature of the building. The HAC team manages all coordination with these suppliers, providing a consistent and streamlined service.
The use of technology is not just limited to the event spaces, however. Earlier this year, the HAC offers instant booking for smaller meetings. This allows planners to reserve spaces quickly online, a useful option for short lead bookings and last-minute enquiries. This new system also helps the HAC team respond faster and manage availability more efficiently.
To book an event at the HAC, email our team on sales@hac.org.uk or call 020 7382 1533.
